“I just wanted to let you know that your manager, Brad, at the store on 7569 Mentor Avenue in Mentor, went above and beyond expectations to help me the other day.  Shortly after having service done at the store, my car battery went dead.  I called the store and when Brad found out what had happened, he drove over to assist me.  He jump-started my battery and then gave me some recommendations on what to do next.  As it turned out, my battery going dead on the same day as my oil change was simply a coincidence.  I really appreciate Brad’s assistance and will be back to the store for my next service.”
